AIClearline is a human-led communication assurance system for organizational communications. You describe an organizational situation in plain language. AIClearline uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to read the information you supply, prepare an Approved Position for your review, challenge it from relevant audience perspectives, and generate the communication assets the situation calls for (including manager briefings, all-staff emails, FAQ pages, and listening guides), plus program tools including a commitment register, consistency audit, and measurement layer.
AIClearline produces communication drafts and frameworks. It does not guarantee any particular outcome for your organization. The quality of the output depends substantially on the quality and accuracy of the situation you describe. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any content the system produces.
By creating an account and using AIClearline, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AIClearline on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
AIClearline offers the following subscription plans:
Creating an account begins a 7-day card-free access period in which you can build and review your first program. It does not start a subscription, and no payment method is collected. During that free period, a subscription is required to copy, download, or share generated work and to create another program. Paid plans then apply the active-program limits described above, not a monthly program quota.
When you choose a paid plan, Stripe shows the amount due before you confirm. Your subscription starts and your card is charged immediately after checkout. Your first payment remains covered by the 7-day refund policy below.
Essential and Professional subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Enterprise subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring basis. By subscribing through Stripe checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable cycle. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We will give you at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction where VAT or similar consumption taxes apply, the applicable tax will be calculated and added at checkout by Stripe based on your location.
New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime with access continuing to the end of the billing period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us promptly. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
The situation descriptions, programs, and content you enter into AIClearline belong to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. We process it only to deliver the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring the content you input does not violate any law, third-party rights, or confidentiality obligations.
Program access and legacy links: AIClearline no longer offers new public bearer links. A previously issued legacy link works only until its fixed expiry and cannot be renewed; an owner or administrator may revoke it before then. Anyone who possesses an active legacy link may be able to read its limited snapshot, so recipients should not forward it. Ongoing in-product sharing uses named, verified Enterprise membership with authenticated access to the organization workspace. Other plans do not share confidential access by URL; you control approved exports and any distribution outside AIClearline.
Submitting a testimonial is entirely voluntary. If you submit one and consent to publication, you grant AIClearline a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your testimonial (including your display name, role, sector, and organization size band, but never your company name) on our public testimonials page and in marketing materials.
Testimonials are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to decline to publish any submission without explanation.
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@aiclearline.com. We will remove the published testimonial promptly.
Content generated by AIClearline is produced by an AI model (Claude by Anthropic). AI outputs can contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate content. You must review all generated content before using it. AIClearline supports communication assurance and preparation: final judgment on what to communicate, to whom, and when rests with you.
AIClearline makes no warranty that any generated communication will achieve any particular result, prevent any specific outcome, or be appropriate for your specific regulatory, legal, or cultural context.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIClearline's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AIClearline is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AIClearline is a communication assurance system. We are not liable for the outcomes of any communication campaigns, change programs, or organizational decisions made using content generated by the service.
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, email hello@aiclearline.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
EU, UK, and Australian users: Nothing in this section removes your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence or to rely on any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of your jurisdiction. Binding arbitration and class action waivers apply only to the extent permitted by your local law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. If those laws provide you with stronger protections than these terms, those protections apply.
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
